FOR A SESSION, I combine the Breathwork and Compassionate Listening to guide you through a powerful experience where you are able to connect to your own innate healer and connection to Spirit. Whether your healing is rooted around anxiety, trauma, grief, confusion, transition periods, physical and emotional pain, unidentified “stuckness” or straight out STRESS, I will facilitate the opportunity you need to allow your Life Force, your breath, to move through you.

The first session may run a little longer than 1 hour, as to give us extra time to connect and then for me to settle you into the specific Breathwork technique I use. I’ll give you details about the meditation part of our session, so you will know what to expect. And then you will breathe as I help you navigate the first time with this powerful experience.

The second and subsequent times we work together, I will start the session with us checking in and talking. Connection is key before we get you started with the breath meditation. Since you will be familiar, you may be able to go even deeper than before. Your energy is the guide we follow for each session. I am here to hold the space and to listen to my own intuition for anything that may help you connect to yours.
