I’m originally from Clemson, SC (a huge Clemson Tiger fan). I moved to Los Angeles in 2007 where I lived for 12 years working primarily in visual effects for feature films and commercials. I have been a part of two Oscar-winning VFX teams and was an artist manager for a global studio in Santa Monica until November of 2018.
July 2018, my mother suffered a stroke and my partner, Bunny Frost and I, made the decision to leave LA and move back to the area to be closer to my family.
In addition to my natural instinct to listen and understand people at a deep level (people have been telling me personal things about themselves since I was little), I have long-term recovery of 30 years that is rooted in a practical and spiritual practice. That and exploring varying modalities of healing and personal development, I find that I have been able to really help people feel understood, seen and able to access their inner calm and resilience.
I define myself as a writer, an artist and a wise but light-hearted soul. But aren’t we so much more than what we could ever put into words?
